Thrown on the pottery wheel, each vase is unique. Angled edges and classic mid century shapes are a theme in this series.
Thrown in Brutalist clay and glazed in ōpapa, ōpapa is a honey toned satin glaze, glowy and warm with beautiful coverage, this glaze is a celebration of rutile a glaze ingredient that we love. Ōpapa means mineral in te reo Maori and talks to low lying whenua.
Tahi vase is a wider vase with an angled rim, this is a strong shape which looks great in a set with or without flowers.
