These tumblers, are thrown on the pottery wheel and hand glazed in Kirikiri glaze.
Kirikiri means sand, and shoreline in te reo Māori, a perfect discription of this earthy glaze. This glaze is a matt glaze, more textural, showing off the natural elements of the clay. The brutalist clay is a hard waring clay, that has a light feel and concrete look.
Flat white tumblers around 9- 10cm high and around 320ml in volume. All our ceramics are made by hand on the pottery wheel and piece by piece will vary.
We have flat white tumbler with a lid option with a small extra charge.
