Thrown on the pottery wheel, each vase is unique. Angled edges and classic mid century shapes are a theme in this series.
Thrown in Brutalist and glazed in kirikiri which is a subtle but rustic glaze picking up on the natural elements of the clay. Kirikiri means sand or shoreline in te reo māori.
These vases are perfect for blooms, dried flowers, as they are or in a collection.
Rua is a classic shape, with a wide base and a more narrow neck for large to medium bunches of flowers. These vases are around 18-19 cm tall and 7cm at the narrow neck.
